Legal Innovators For Tomorrow (LIFT) Program
LIFT is a two-year program operated by the Louisiana State Bar Association which provides new attorneys with the resources necessary to develop an innovative, public interest-oriented solo or small law firm. The program is designed to support these lawyers in developing cutting-edge practices, sustaining profitable careers and serving the public interest through excellent legal services. The LIFT program is working with the Family Justice Center to develop Family Law attorneys who are versed on Domestic Violence legal issues.

The Self-Help desk is located 421 Loyola Avenue on the fourth floor. It is open on Monday and Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm and from 1pm-3pm and on Fridays from 10am-12pm. The Self-Help desk in the Clerk’s Office will provide assistance for family matters such as divorce, domestic abuse, restraining orders, child support, and child custody.
